Notes to the Company Interim Accounts

## 1. Basis of preparation

These interim accounts have been prepared for the purposes of section 836 and 838 of the Companies Act 2006 and contain information about Fevertree Drinks plc as a standalone company and do not contain consolidated financial information for the Fevertree Drinks Group. These accounts are abridged and unaudited but are otherwise prepared on a consistent basis and following the same accounting policies as the annual accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. These interim accounts do no constitute statutory accounts within the meaning of sections 434(3) of the Companies Act of 2006. Statutory accounts for the financial year were published in Fevertree Drinks plc’s annual report & Financial Statements 2024. No statutory accounts have been delivered to the Registrar in respect of the period covered by these interim accounts.

## 2. Dividend received

A dividend was declared by Fevertree Limited, a subsidiary group entity, to Fevertree Drinks plc on 29 August 2025 and was accepted by the board of Fevertree Drinks plc on the same date. The total dividend amounted to £74.4 million.
